9K a year Liberty Village of Jerseyville is seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager for our beautiful retirement community.
The individual will coordinate staffing needs of the facility, provide marketing for employees and may provide scheduling for direct care staff.
Maintain compliance with all State Regulations, Medicare standards, and Corporate Policies and Procedures related to employment matters.
Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities:
1.
Responsible for employee recruiting, selecting, interviewing, retention, and development for all Departments in the facility at the discretion of the administrator.
2.
Develop each individual employee file according to Personnel Policies and coordinate all personnel changes.
3.
Implement and conduct orientation-training program and monitor all training including but not limited to OJT, coordinate in-service training, and all ongoing training.
4.
Train and advise all supervisors regarding scheduling, budgeting and staff management under the direct of the Administrator, assuring compliance with regulations, expectations, budgets and other concerns as determined by the facility administrator.
5.
Control staffing budget, monitor personnel policy, and day-to-day employee issues as needed, making recommendations to all department heads.
6.
Hire, train, supervise, discipline and/or terminate, in conjunction with the department head with approval from the Administrator.
7.
Complete Worker's Comp duties as directed.
8.
Implement the Employee Benefit program per policy.
9.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
Emotional stability to deal with stressful situations on a regular basis; Ability to deal with illness, death and dying.
